The nearest shops are at the end of the street.

The nearest bus stops (No 68 of Blackpool Transport Services) are close by at the top of Orchard Road. Just ask for St Anne’s Square stop. There is shelter and seating. Buses (No. 68) run approximately every 20 minutes to the towns of Blackpool, Lytham and Preston. The bus service stops prior to midnight.

St Anne’s railway station is approximately 5/10 minute walk away, connecting with Preston and Blackpool railway stations.

Taxis are usually available at St Anne's station but we can book one for you in advance if required.

Blackpool airport is 10 minutes by car. Jet 2.com operates from Blackpool airport alongside other airlines.

We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests’ pets but do of course welcome assistance dogs.

Car Parking & Arrival

There is parking for 6 cars on the front of the premises. There is a driveway to the side of the house approximately 2.7m/9 ft from the front door.

The driveway is made of tarmac. This is well lit at night by a motion sensor light.

On street parking is available, this can be busy during the day from 8 am, but spaces are usually available after 4 pm. There is street lighting.

There are no steps to the front door and your car may be parked by the front door upon request

The front door is 750 mm/29.5ins wide. A normal sized electric wheelchair may be driven through the door and parked in the hallway

Assistance can be given with luggage.

Welcome Area

Guests are welcomed in the hallway, which is level throughout, where they are asked to register on arrival.

Seating is available with 2 upright chairs with arms.

The flooring is original wood.

The area is evenly and well lit with overhead lighting and wall lights.

A magnifying glass, pen and pad of paper are available on request.

Guests are shown the guest lounge, dining room and their bedroom.
